Known also as the Stand­ing For­ward Bend Pose, this pose al­lows the blood to rush to your top half. In this state, the cells in the up­per part of the body re­ceive a healthy boost of oxy­gen. This ad­dresses a va­ri­ety of is­sues in­clud­ing hair loss.

Stand erect with your arms by your side and in­hale deeply. Now ex­hale, lift your hands and bend for­ward so that your fin­gers touch the floor or your toes. You can also gen­tly hold your calves. Hold the po­si­tion for 30 to 60 sec­onds and breathe nor­mally. In­hal­ing deeply, slowly come back to the orig­i­nal stand­ing po­si­tion.
