Known also as the Standing Forward Bend Pose, this pose allows the blood to rush to your top half. In this state, the cells in the upper part of the body receive a healthy boost of oxygen. This addresses a variety of issues including hair loss.
Stand erect with your arms by your side and inhale deeply. Now exhale, lift your hands and bend forward so that your fingers touch the floor or your toes. You can also gently hold your calves. Hold the position for 30 to 60 seconds and breathe normally. Inhaling deeply, slowly come back to the original standing position.
