Also known as the Down­ward Fac­ing Dog Pose, this al­lows the head to face down­wards which helps stim­u­late the flow of blood to the scalp, pro­mot­ing hair growth.

Stand on a mat and breathe nor­mally. Slowly bring your body for­ward all the way, al­low­ing your palms to touch the mat. Slowly stretch your left leg back­ward, fol­lowed by the right leg. Let the palms lie flat on the mat. In­hale deeply, tuck your stom­ach in and hold this po­si­tion for 60-90 sec­onds. Ex­hale and slowly re­turn to the stand­ing po­si­tion.
