I prac­tice a mix of pi­lates, kick­box­ing and cross­fit train­ing, w hich is func­tional. Also, what I eat is cru­cial, as it shows on my skin as well. If I eat junk food or some­thing fried or oily, I im­me­di­ately break out. It al­ways has a bad re­ac­tion. Since I am used to eat­ing healthy, my body re­acts ad­versely to junk food. So, my main prin­ci­ple is to eat good, healthy and sub­stan­tial food and keep ex­tremely fit through my reg­u­lar ex­er­cise rou­tine.
