With a busy schedule, how do you look after your skin and fitness?
My regimen changes depending on the schedule. I work out for at least 30 minutes a day; an hour and a half if I can get the chance. It is a good escape and, obviously, keeps me fit and healthy. Skincare is something I strive to keep simple—I use a pimple-clearing face wash, a nice organic moisturiser, and that’s it. For my haircare, I like to get head massages as it stimulates hair growth. I also indulge in hair spas as often as possible to counter the heat damage from styling.
