With a busy sched­ule, how do you look af­ter your skin and fitness?

My reg­i­men changes de­pend­ing on the sched­ule. I work out for at least 30 min­utes a day; an hour and a half if I can get the chance. It is a good es­cape and, ob­vi­ously, keeps me fit and healthy. Skincare is some­thing I strive to keep simple—I use a pim­ple-clear­ing face wash, a nice or­ganic mois­turiser, and that’s it. For my hair­care, I like to get head mas­sages as it stim­u­lates hair growth. I also in­dulge in hair spas as of­ten as pos­si­ble to counter the heat dam­age from styling.
