Dr. Sanjay Parashar, Consultant, Plastic & Aesthetic Surgeon, Cocoona Centre for Aesthetic Transformation, shares his expert inputs on noninvasive facials.

In a nutshell: “There are a number of non-invasive skin facials like brightening facials, advance facials, etc. For a lunch hour treatment, I would advise an RF facial where the skin and layers of the skin underneath are treated with radio frequency. It is good for collagen regeneration, skin tightening, rejuvenation and an overall improvement in the health of the skin.”

Duration, et al: “An RF facial lasts for 45-60 minutes. While immediate results are visible after the first session itself, we recommend five-six sessions over a period of two months for long-lasting results. ”

Keep in mind: “You may experience minor redness for a couple of hours.”
