Splashing around in the puddles may be fun, but don’t let the monsoon take a toll on your feet.

Monsoons! A welcome respite from the hot, humid, sultry summers. But the cool downpours also herald unwarranted clamminess and dampness which, if unheeded, leads to infections. Feet, the neglected parts of our body, are predisposed to infections due to being in contact with wetness, and open wounds are an invitation to bacteria and water-borne germs to attack your system. Get rid of dead cells, keep your feet moisturised with good products and be regular with warm water soaks.
