Foot Care Tips:

Hair - - Foot Care -

This is the time when kids like to wade in rain water and adults are tempted to stroll bare feet on sandy beaches, but it’s a big no no! Imagine those tiny bacterial monsters waiting to attack through the pores on your feet. • Shun closed footwear as they can trap mud, dirt and unwanted elements. Besides, flip flops are the best to let your feet breathe. • Make sure to keep your feet cleansed and dry to prevent fungal infections. • Keep a spare pair of shoes and socks at your workplace. Drenched feet can lose their shielding layer and become prone to allergies. • Keep your toe nails trimmed and clean to avoid making it a home for viruses, bacteria and fungus. • To treat athlete’s foot, mix a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in a bucket of lukewarm water. Soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then rinse and dry completely. • Dust Candid anti-fungal powder between your toes to prevent rashes and fungal infections. • Use a foot scent before bedtime. • Soak your feet in warm water to which a few drops of essential oil are added. This keeps smelly feet in check.
