THE hair debate

As we enter Organic Month, we ask—are organic and natural products really as effective as chemically enhanced ones?

Hair - - Hair to wear now! -

They can be! Natural and organic ingredients that are chosen for their properties will work as effectively. Biolage R.A.W is a new collection of crave-worthy, do-good, feel-good natural haircare. The products are full of amazing ingredients which are up to 97% natural origin formulas including Quinoa Husk and Honey for hair that’s dry and dull as well as Yucca and Goji Berries in the Recover shampoo that restores shine to stressed hair. Obviously you still need to get the right product for your hair but ask your hairdresser for a recommendation and don’t be afraid to try a product with natural ingredients!

The description ‘natural’ or ‘organic’ on a label should not influence your choice. However, many people tend to feel encouraged to use these products as they are perceived to be healthier and better. Depending on the hair type, natural ingredients such as olive oil will be beneficial, but will usually be formulated along with other ingredients. There are many ingredients which are excellent for hydration, derived (as most are) from natural ingredients but formulated in a cosmetic laboratory.
