New hire: Jeanne Labib-lamour Taking over from: Giles Deacon Aafter the futile hiring of rehabregular Lindsay Lohan in 2009 (and consequent parting of ways after a laughable Spring 2010 show), the French house had been in a tizzy which was briefly alleviated by (but not saved from) Giles Deacon. With Spring 2012, an unknown name, Jeanne Labib-lamour, was elevated to the helm of the venerable label. But this time, the collaboration was close to spot on. What stood out was the wearability of the clothes. That, and the fact that the house’s revolving doors seem to have come to a standstill, as Labib-lamour comes from within the team.
