WINTER WISE Use lipid and ceramidebased creams for hands and feet; apply it twice or thrice daily. Don’t wash your hands and feet too often; use a mild cleanser. Wear gloves while doing household chores. Go for regular hand and foot massages. Wear footwear at home, and try to wear a footwear which covers your feet. Wear cotton gloves and socks during nighttime. Use this homemade pack. Mix 1 cup of yoghurt, some honey and twothree drops of lime juice. Apply on your hands and feet, leave it on for 15 minutes and wash it off. Do this twice a week. Elbows are also one of the most neglected parts of your hand, so the skin on that area
