Add jamun, low fat yoghurt, brown sugar and some ice cubes in a blender and blend till smooth. Transfer the mixture in a bowl by passing it through a sieve, for a smooth flowing consistency. Pour the smoothie in a fashionable glass and garnish with jamun and mint.

SERVES 1 INGREDIENTS Seedless fresh litchi, 6; rose essence; 1 tsp, litchi essence, 1 tsp; melted dark chocolate, 70 gms; skimmed milk, 20 ml; litchi, crumbled chocolate and cherry for garnish METHOD Clean and deseed the litchis. Melt dark chocolate on a double boiler. Mix skimmed milk and chocolate. Let the mixture cool and come to room temperature. Add rose and litchi essence. Arrange a bed of litchis in a small glass followed by a layer of chocolate. Repeat this arrangement. Refrigerate for three hours. Garnish with litchi, crumbled dark chocolate and cherry. Serve cold.
