Shenaz Treasurywala on her stay-gorgeous mantras

Fitness Fundas

“I do not have a fixed workout schedule. One day, I run, the next day, I may do yoga or go for a swim or dance. Dancing makes me happy. Being a travel blogger and an actor, I travel a lot, so being active is very important for me. Even 30 minutes of moderate exercise is good.”

Diet Wise

“I am a complete foodie and have a huge appetite.”

For breakfast “I eat oatmeal with nuts or a big smoothie (bananas, dates and berries) Or eggs. I love egg bhurji.”

Lunch and dinner “Depending on which part of the world I am, I try eating the local cusine. I keep my dinner light. If in India, it’s always homecooked food; grilled chicken or fish is a must with every meal, for protein. “My favourites are potatoes and salmon or any kind of fish with rice. I absolutely love curries and any kind of gravy dish. “I snack on almonds, cashews, dates and fruit throughout the day. “I avoid bread, flour, pasta and refined sugar. I cheat on my diet once a month with chocolates or chocolate cakes or I eat cheese at night as it puts me to sleep.”

Beauty Regime

“I am blessed with good skin. I keep my face clean and moisturize at night and wear sunscreen during the day.”

Products I swear by “I love oils. Almond oil from Kama is my favourite. And I love the mogra shower gel from Forest Essentials. I am not brand loyal though.”

Skincare “Happiness and peace of mind makes your skin look good, along with a combination of good sleep, rest, exercise and water.”

Haircare “I keep my hair clean. I wash it only when it’s oily, maybe every two days. I do not blow dry my hair, I air dry it. “I go for a hair spa once every three months.”

My style statement “Comfortable Effortless. Clothes that compliment my body type. I love colours.” HARSHA ADVANI

“Happiness and peace of mind makes your skin look good, along with a combination of good sleep, rest, exercise and water.”
