I read be­fore I go to sleep. It takes away all the stress of the day and is re­lax­ing. I have re­cently started med­i­ta­tion too. “In or­der to get a dis­turb-free sleep, I put my phone away. We’ve be­come so ad­dicted to our phones, that it’s the rst thing we check in the morn­ing and the last thing we look at in the night.
