If it’s a night shoot, I try to com­plete my sleep dur­ing the day. “I pre­fer a medium-hard mat­tress to sleep on as I have heard that soft mat­tresses are not good for the back and can even­tu­ally lead to back prob­lems. “I avoid caf­feinated drinks a cou­ple of hours be­fore sleep­ing and I also keep my­self hy­drated all day, as I be­lieve it’s im­por­tant for a peace­ful sleep. Avoid over­think­ing and keep the mind calm be­fore hitting the sack.”
