Avoid caf­feine and cut back on al­co­hol con­sump­tion. Pro­tect your ears from loud noise ex­po­sure; your tin­ni­tus will in­crease with more hear­ing loss. For help sleep­ing, use a bedside sound ma­chine or a fan.
