The quote on the ed­i­to­rial page (April 2018 is­sue) was in­spir­ing. Un­less you be­lieve, you can’t achieve, be it get­ting fit, over­com­ing an ail­ment or los­ing a few ki­los. Af­ter reg­u­larly do­ing yoga for 11 years, I have been able to not only lose weight but also con­trol my ap­petite and crav­ings and main­tain a fab ap­pear­ance. Yes, fit­ness is 100% men­tal. But the other ad­vice to make self-love a pri­or­ity is re­ally chal­leng­ing. This is truer for women. Self-care can be achieved by reg­u­larly prac­tic­ing morn­ing walks, do­ing yoga or gym­ming.
