I made lit­tle changes to my diet. I be­came mind­ful of too much glu­cose in my body as even too much of fruit can con­vert into glu­cose and can­cer feeds on su­gar/ glu­cose. I re­al­ized that what can fight can­cer is prana a - oxy­gen can keep can­cer away. I ex­er­cise. So I com­bine swim­ming, gym­ming, yoga and walk­ing. Ex­er­cise keeps the oxy­gen level high. I gave up non-veg ex­cept for fish and sea food. ‘No’ to al­co­hol and late nights too. These are the things that worked for me but I would en­cour­age peo­ple to find their own formulas.
