Manisha’s 4-point Formula to Fight cancer
I made little changes to my diet. I became mindful of too much glucose in my body as even too much of fruit can convert into glucose and cancer feeds on sugar/ glucose. I realized that what can fight cancer is prana a - oxygen can keep cancer away. I exercise. So I combine swimming, gymming, yoga and walking. Exercise keeps the oxygen level high. I gave up non-veg except for fish and sea food. ‘No’ to alcohol and late nights too. These are the things that worked for me but I would encourage people to find their own formulas.
