SNORE SOLUTION

Health & Nutrition - - JUST LAUNCHED -

I’m seven months pregnant and I’ve started snoring. Is this anything to worry about? Maria De Souza, Bangalore Snoring is common especially in the third trimester of pregnancy. If it is loud and persistent, it may be a sign of sleep apnea, which has been associated with both pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia as well as foetal growth retardation due to the lack of oxygen associated with it. It may be wise to consult a sleep specialist.
