SAN­DEEPA DHAR, ac­tor, shares her sleep mantra… “My sleep pat­tern de­pends on my work sched­ules but I make sure I get at least seven hours of sleep ev­ery day. “I pre­fer a mat­tress that is some­where be­tween hard and soft. Hard mat­tresses aren’t com­fort­able and I know that soft mat­tresses are bad for my pos­ture. “I make sure I don’t use my phone or any elec­tronic de­vice when I get on my bed. I use the time be­fore I sleep to con­nect with God by pray­ing and be­ing grate­ful for all the things and peo­ple I’m blessed with in my life. This way, I al­ways wake up feel­ing pos­i­tive and ready to take on the day. “Be­fore sleep­ing, I add a few drops of rose­mary es­sen­tial oil to my oil dif­fuser, which has a sooth­ing and re­lax­ing ef­fect on me.”
