Event to celebrate fitness, good food and health
Do you know the most advanced fitness machine ever created? Your own body! But a lack of physical activity can ruin the good condition of this machine, while movement and physical exercise can save and preserve it. ‘Exercise’ is the pill that has a lot of benefits. It not only strengthens your heart and muscles but also boosts your brain in all ages. Regular exercise boosts brain, heart health, blood circulation and keeps you active all through the day. According to a recent study, people who exercised during their work day were 23 % more productive on those days than they were when they didn’t exercise. But unfortunately, people these days follow a sedentary lifestyle that makes their body home to a myriad number of diseases and health problems.
