Demonetisation to counter corruption is welcome but its implementation has inconvenienced people. The Haryana government, for instance, started e-stamping but it has achieved little. Most of the time, the server is down, resulting in loss of time and money for people. Earlier, a stamp paper of Rs10 would cost ₹12 but now the stamp vendor charges ₹30.
