FEAR IS NOT A BAD FEELING AS IT SPURS PEOPLE TO DO THEIR BEST

There is a strong connection between fear and concentrat­ion. Generally wet end to consider fear to be a bad feeling and a symbol of cowardice. People feel ashamed to share their experience­s of fear. This is wrong. We should understand the true nature of fear.

Fear is a natural feeling. We feel happy when something good happens, sad when something bad happens, but fear is thee motion one experience­s when it feels that something not quite right might happen.

This way, fear works like an alarm, which alerts us to what might bean upcoming danger. When fear rise sin our minds, concentrat­ion levels spike in order to try and prevent the mishap. Deep concentrat­ion compels us to work hard, which leads to positive results.

Boxing legend Muhammad Ali once admitted that he felt fear whenever he stepped into the boxing ring and this fear always helped him concentrat­e on the fight, and win. This is why a new driver drives with more concentrat­ion than an experience­d one; because of the fear of accidents. Stu- dents also become more serious during examinatio­ns and try their best to pass it. It is fear which increases the level of concentrat­ion to achieve the best results.

So how can we consider fear to be a bad feeling? Whenever you feel afraid, take it as a message from nature which alerts you to an upcoming problem. In this way, fear plays a friendly role to solve our problems. This is the positive side of the fear.
