In­quiry pan­els will ex­pose Sukhbir’s mis­deeds: Jakhar

CHANDI­GARH: Slam­ming the Akali lead­er­ship for ques­tion­ing the cre­den­tials of in­quiry com­mis­sions prob­ing "atroc­i­ties" and des­e­cra­tion of Guru Granth Sahib, Pun­jab Congress chief Su­nil Jakhar on Satur­day said, “Sukhbir and his co­terie were baf­fled as their mis­deeds would be ex­posed by these com­mis­sions.”

Jakhar added that the for­mer deputy CM had no moral right to raise a fin­ger on these com­mis­sions. “The Akali lead­er­ship is pan­ick­ing due to fear of be­ing ex­posed be­fore the peo­ple. Sukhbir re­sort­ing to ir­ra­tional state­ments,” Jakhar said, adding thou­sands had ap­proached the Jus­tice Me­htab Singh Com­mis­sion prob­ing the vendetta cases.
