PM Narendra Modi shares a laugh with African Development Bank (AfDB) president Akinwumi Adesina during the inauguration ceremony of the AfDB annual meet in Gandhinagar on Tuesday. Modi said that Africa was a top priority for his government’s policies. The PM delayed his return to Delhi by a couple of hours to hold talks with Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani.
