SPURIOUS CATTLE FEED SEIZED FROM HISAR FACTORY

The chief minister’s flying squad on Wednesday night unearthed a factory producing spurious oil cake (khal), used as cattle feed, in Chandan Nagar area here.Sources said a raid was conducted following a complaint that the factory uses garbage, sand and groundnut skin to prepare spurious oil cake.Sources said the flying squad team reached the factory at about 10pm and took the samples of the cattle feed. Factory workers revealed that they are selling duplicate cattle feed.The team recovered around 400 bags of spurious cattle feed, which was sealed for investigations.
