It’s that time of the year when people are finally getting ready to change their routines with the change of season.

Experts suggest, it is a good idea to take time out to detox your hair and skin along with internal cleansing using natural ingredients. It will repair the damage caused to the hair and skin due to excessive use of products and makeup, or even climate change.

“Chemicals come with advantages and disadvantages. While one can definitely opt for long-term use of homemade products, chemical products can be used for medical needs.

Except during the times when we feel our skin or hair needs more,” says Dr Swati Srivastava dermatocosmetologist, Sketch Clinic, Santacruz (W).
