Actor Sanjay Dutt (right) has always been particular about his fitness routine and even after being away from films, Dutt is at his fittest best. The actor, who was released from prison last year in February, has been following a strict diet for the last few months and doesn’t let anything cheat his schedule. He has also been spending many hours at the gym besides doing some natural exercises.

According to an insider, Dutt continues to perform few exercises, which he used to do in Yerwada jail. Since he had no access to gym or equipments, Dutt adopted and learned new methods of exercise. He would use the trash buckets, which used to carry water, as his dumbbells.

“The actor used to fill these buckets with water and would start doing lifts. Now after returning home, he continues to use trash buckets as his dumbbells and has maintained doing those free hand exercises,” informs a source. Dutt is all set to make a comeback with filmmaker Omung Kumar’s next film that has actor Aditi Rao Hydari playing his daughter. Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani is also working on Dutt’s biopic, which stars Ranbir Kapoor portraying his character onscreen.
