Huma Qureshi stands for education for girls and has often voiced her support for the cause. Taking a bigger step in the direction, and leading by example, Huma is now helping out a fan with her education. According to a source, the actor recently received a touching letter from a fan who could not pursue her medical education because of a financial crisis in her family. And Huma has decided to take action. “Huma has been travelling non-stop, so she couldn’t connect with her fans for a long time. Lately, the actor got a lengthy letter from one of her fans who called Huma her inspiration,” said a source, adding that Huma is known for going out of her way to show gratitude for her fans’ love. “So when she received the letter, she wrote back to the fan, informing her that she would be happy to cover the expenses. The fan, who hails from Hyderabad, will enrol for her classes next year.” Huma, who recently wrapped up the shooting for Pa Ranjith’s Tamil film Kaala Karikaalan opposite superstar Rajinikanth, was unavailable for comment.
