The Kalyan-Dom­bivli belt (be­yond Thane) is an extension of eastern sub­urbs in the Mum­bai Met­ro­pol­i­tan Re­gion (MMR). Prox­im­ity to Navi Mum­bai and con­nec­tiv­ity to ma­jor work places along the pe­riph­eral busi­ness district of Thane-Be­la­pur Road (Airoli, Ma­hape, etc) along with well-de­vel­oped so­cial in­fra­struc­ture, this mar­ket de­mands cap­i­tal val­ues in the range of INR 3, 000 – 5,500 per sf.

In this sub-mar­ket, morethan 15,000 res­i­den­tial units are at dif­fer­ent stages of con­struc­tion mainly cater­ing to the lower and mid­dle in­come groups.
