We specifically look for honesty, discipline, straightforwardness and competency in the area of work
Are skill sets important when hiring for your company?
Skill sets vary depending on roles. For a sales manager, we look for typical sales experience in channel-selling, institutional selling in B2B and B2C scenarios. We hire engineering graduates for service roles in businesses like healthcare, printing and digital cameras. We have also been hiring management graduates from premium b-schools for various lines of businesses
Do you check a candidate’s social media profile when hiring?
Yes. Depending on the role for which the candidate is hired, we go through LinkedIn to get an idea about opinion of peers, friends, subordinates and seniors
What’s unique about your appraisal system?
Ours is a competencybased unique appraisal system called PACE. It appraises KRAs along with competencies for our employees. It’s a continuous appraisal wherein employees are appraised against a scale of 1 to 50

We have good employeeoriented policies. We offer yearly medical check-ups for our employees at the company’s cost. It is mandatory for employees to undergo these checkups.
