People have grown impatient

Hindustan Times (Chandigarh) - Live - - OPINION/EDUCATION - Wing Commander CS Grewal (retd),

The accidents have increased not only due to drunken driving but also mainly due to negligent attitude and rash driving. People for no reasons have grown impatient and are always in a hurry. So to cut down the accidents, it is necessary to impose heavy penalties on breaking rules. The accidents are mainly due to over speeding, so more and more nakas must be placed. Heavy penalties like Rs 1,000 for first time and 3,000 for 3rd time are advised.
