Dr Tre­han in­au­gu­rates telemedicine fa­cil­ity

CHANDI­GARH: Renowned car­di­ol­o­gist Dr Naresh Tre­han on Satur­day in­au­gu­rated the re­gion’s first telemedicine con­sul­ta­tion fa­cil­ity at Prime Di­ag­nos­tic Cen­tre in the city to co­in­cide with the World Heart Day.

“It is a part of Medanta’s com­mit­ment to lever­age tech­nol­ogy to pro­vide eas­ily ac­ces­si­ble and af­ford­able health­care and help pa­tients make in­formed choice re­gard­ing the course of treat­ment af­ter con­sul­ta­tion with su­per-spe­cial­ists of Medanta,” said Dr Tre­han, a well-known car­dio­vas­cu­lar and car­dio-tho­racic sur­geon and chair­man of Medanta-The Medic­ity.

Medanta has se­lected Prime Di­ag­nos­tic Cen­tre man­aged by Dr UP Singh and Dr Lad­bans Kaur as part of a strate­gic tie-up to ex­tend health con­sul­ta­tion and tele-di­ag­no­sis and en­sure ex­pert opin­ion to the pa­tients in the re­gion.
