Hindu activists protests against Oh My God film screening ZIRAKPUR: Tension brewed up at Paras Down Town Square here when activists of All India Hindu Suraksha Samiti assembled to close down the show of the controversial film ‘OMG’ (Oh My God) on Saturday. Though police told the activists that the film show was already closed, yet they tore apart the posters of the film before setting them afire. Samiti chairman Ramesh Dutt alleged that objectionable vocabulary had been used against the Hindu religion in the film. He said they would not tolerate it at any cost. He also alleged that film actor Akshay Kumar had enacted some objectionable scenes in the film. Zirakpur station house officer Trilochan Singh said the police had already made security arrangements at the spot. Man who stabbed woman sent to 3-day police custody PANCHKULA: Kulbeer Singh who was nabbed by the police on Friday for stabbing Manisha, 22, has been sent to three-day police custody. Singh had stabbed Manisha on Thursday. She is undergoing treatment at PGIMER. Her condition is reported to be stable now.
