A sense of collective responsibility needed

Hindustan Times (Chandigarh) - Live - - OPINION/EDUCATION -

The administration is expected to be corruptionfree and have responsible government officials. There is need for better traffic management and the offenders should be charged with high penalty for breaking the law and order. People belonging to the weaker section of society should have access to quality and affordable healthcare facilities. IT Park has to be developed as per the international standards and industry should be encouraged to upgrade their technology. But the government alone cannot make the city better by enforcing laws people should also act responsibly. The residents need to have a sense of collective responsibility.
