IOC to give electronically generated fuel bill to customers
CHANDIGARH: Indian Oil has started a scheme in city, wherein customers will get electronically generated fuel bill for refilling petrol and diesel at its petrol pumps in city.
Director, marketing, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, M Nene said that under the scheme, no print no delivery, an electronically-generated fuelling bill would be given to customers.
"If the print is not taken out from the dispenser, the next delivery to a new customer cannot be undertaken," he said, adding that this feature would further enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring correct delivery and satisfaction for each and every delivery.
The company has started this facility on 11 out of 20 petrol pumps in city.
The company has made it mandatory to give electronically generated bill on four wheelers, but for 2-3 wheelers it would be optional.
