COURTS FAVOURING GANDHI FAMILY

Rahul Gandhi denies that he blamed the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) for Mahatma Gandhi’s killing. The U-turn came after a Supreme Court judge gave an oblique hint to Rahul’s counsel, Kapil Sibal: “If you deny it, the whole thing (defamation case) goes out.” Rahul and his mother, Sonia Gandhi, got bail in the National Herald case in two minutes, while small offenders are in jail for years.
