ACQUITTAL VS INNOCENCE

It was a bit painful to see that you kept the 2005 Delhi bomb blast victims and accused on the same pedestal (Falling down on the job again, HT, Feb18). Acquittals because of shoddy probe do not always mean that the person(s) is/are not guilty. As such, the acquitted person cannot be treated as a victim. What if the same person is found guilty by a higher court after the government files a review petition?
