Ludhiana MC polls: BJP second list out

LUDHIANA: The BJP on Sunday released its second list of candidates for the Ludhiana municipal corporation polls.

The list of 14 candidates includes nine women two SC candidates, said party’s state secretary Vineet Joshi. On February 7, the BJP, which is contesting the February 24 polls in alliance with the SAD, declared its first list of 32 candidates. There are a total of 95 wards in Ludhiana.

The Congress on Friday released list of 50 candidates. The AAP, which is contesting polls in alliance with the LIP, has already announced 31 candidates.
