In March, vigilance nabbed 13 officials for graft
CHANDIGARH: Punjab vigilance bureau nabbed 13 officials accepting bribes in 11 traps it laid in March. These include three cops, two revenue officials, and eight from other departments. Chief director-cum-adgp vigilance bureau Punjab, BK Uppal, said the bureau submitted challans of 12 vigilance cases in special courts in March. Also, six inquires have been registered to probe into the allegations against public servants. The VB has also registered two cases on the basis of vigilance inquiries.
