2015 FIRING: EX-SHO FILES BAIL PLEA

FARIDKOT: Former Kotkapura SHO Gurdeep Singh Pandher, lawyer Sohail Singh Brar and Mogabased car dealer Pankaj Bansal, who were arrested in the 2015 Behbal Kalan and Kotkapura police firing cases filed for bail on Monday. They all were in judicial custody. Defence counsel Gursahib Singh Brar said the bail applications were filed in the court of additional sessions judge Rajesh Kumar. The court fixed July 2 as the next date of hearing. He said the court sent a notice to the state and also summoned the record on the next hearing.
