STATE SET FOR EDUCATION SURVEY
CHANDIGARH: The education department is all set for the Punjab Achievement Survey (PAS), a first-of-its-kind initiative by any state to prepare students for the ‘National Achievement Survey’. As part of PAS, the learning outcomes of government schools students in all elective subjects will be evaluated. The survey will begin in the second half of August, a state government spokesperson said. Education minister Vijay Inder Singla emphasised on conducting the survey in a scientific manner.
