MAN HELD WITH STOLEN BIKES

MOHALI : The Mohali police recovered two stolen bikes with the arrest of a history-sheeter here on Monday. Identified as Gurinder Singh, alias Baba, of Patiala. he has 23 criminal cases registered against him in various police stations of Punjab and Haryana since 1991. A local court has sent him to five-day police remand. “Following a tip-off, we nabbed him the from Industrial Area, Phase 7, when he was about to sell the bikes,” said police.
