3,483 PESTICIDE SHOPS CHECKED IN 4 MONTHS

Pannu on Friday said the department of agriculture is conducting regular checking of pesticide shops in the state to ensure quality agrochemicals are supplied to farmers. Since April 1, the department has checked 3,483 pesticide shops and taken 1,584 samples, he said in a press statement.
