G PA L I am a 16-year-old who is able to perform very well in academics. I am usually ranked among the first five students in my batch. However, for the past few months, due to my father’s illness, I am now not able to match my own expectations. I feel extremely helpless, anxious and often very sad. I feel I am losing my memory and feel insecure about my coping skills in studies and find the stress too much. Is this a mental disorder? Please help me.
