Ful­bright-nehru fel­low­ships for stud­ies in the US

The Ful­bright-Nehru fel­low­ships are avail­able for out­stand­ing In­di­ans who wish to pur­sue their master’s at se­lected col­leges and univer­si­ties in the United States. The schol­ar­ship cov­ers cour­ses in arts and cul­ture man­age­ment, in­clud­ing her­itage con­ser­va­tion and mu­seum stud­ies, en­vi­ron­men­tal sci­ence/stud­ies, higher ed­u­ca­tion ad­min­is­tra­tion, pub­lic health, ur­ban and re­gional plan­ning, and women’s stud­ies/gen­der stud­ies.

Ap­pli­cants should hold an equiv­a­lent of a US bach­e­lor’s de­gree from a recog­nised In­dian univer­sity with at least 55% marks, and demon­strate lead­er­ship qual­i­ties. Ap­pli­cants should ei­ther pos­sess a four-year bach­e­lor’s de­gree or a master’s, if the bach­e­lor’s de­gree is of less than four years’ du­ra­tion.

The fel­low­ship will pro­vide ben­e­fits like roundtrip econ­omy class air travel, fund­ing for tuition and fees, liv­ing costs etc.
