SINGHAL IS NCR COMMISSIONER

LUCKNOW: Former Uttar Pradesh chief secretary Deepak Singhal, who is considered close to Samajwadi Party state president Shivpal Singh Yadav, has been appointed commissioner of NCR Ghaziabad on Saturday.

The move came when the state government transferred seven IAS officers.

Earlier, he served as chairman of State Vigilance Commission and Administrative Tribunal.

Ashok Kumar, who was on waitlist, has been made secretary, National Integration department. Rakesh Kumar, who too was on waitlist, has been appointed special secretary, planning department. Shiv Shyam Mishra has been made special secretary of revenue.

Additional resident commissioner of UP in New Delhi Ashok Kumar Srivastava has been made additional CEO, Noida. Special secretary, of trade tax, Vimal Kumar Shrama, has been appointed additional CEO, Greater Noida.

Special secretary of health and family welfare, Brijesh Narayan Singh, has been made additional resident commissioner, New Delhi. HTC
