Turkey next on plate for hungry Paraguay

NAVI MUMBAI: Assured of a prequarter-final spot, Paraguay’s unbeaten team would aim to end its Group B engagements on a perfect note when it takes on a struggling Turkey in the FIFA Under-17 World Cup here on Thursday.

After defeating Mali 3-2 and New Zealand 4-2, the South American team, one of the favourites to lift the title, will be looking to dominate Turkey.

NEW DELHI: African champions Mali will fancy their chances of sealing a knockout berth when they lock horns with New Zealand in their final Group B game of the FIFA U-17 World Cup here on Thursday.

Mali will be high on confidence after their 3-0 drubbing of Turkey in their previous Group B game at the DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai.
