Harshvardhan prefers doing selective work
Harshvardhan Rane impressed the audience and critics alike with his debut Bollywood film Sanam Teri Kasam (2016). The actor will now be seen in JP Dutta’s upcoming film, Paltan, where he has replaced actor Abhishek Bachchan.
When asked what took him two years to sign his second film, Harshvardhan says that he believes in doing less but constructive work. “As an actor, I prefer taking time and choosing from the offers I receive rather than rushing into things. Doing selective work that would bring respect and love in the long run is something that I believe in,” says the actor, who has also been a part of a number of Telugu and Tamil films.
Excited that his second film is with Dutta, he says, “I couldn’t have asked for more. The fact that JP sir believed in my capability is something that would stay with me forever. I really hope I live up to his expectations. After Sanam Teri Kasam, I could not have done anything and everything. I can’t go on a signing spree just for the remuneration,” he shares.
