China includes CPEC in expedition to Tibet

China has included the controversial China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in its second scientific expedition to the Qinghai-Tibet plateau to study changes to climate and the environment in the region. The expedition will take scientists through a pass linking South Asia. It will also take scientists to the CPEC which passes through PoK, over which India has conveyed its protests to China.
