Administrator to take over Binani Cement assets

The Kolkata bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on Tuesday ordered the appointment of an interim resolution professional, or administrator, to take control of the assets and operations of Binani Cement Ltd, based on a plea by Bank of Baroda, one of the company’s lenders.
